DetailsGroup PT, is an opportunity to still get the PT experience in a group environment.
You may be a person motivated by training with others, or wanting to get that PT experience but cant afford the one on one costs. The classes are not too complex and designed so that everyone can participate. I'll endeavour to ensure everyone is challenged, but are also capable of do the exercises. Session times: Tuesday - 630am Thursday - 630am Come and try your 1st class for FREE! |

Yoga with Amrita
Amrita is a very experienced Yoga practitioner who was trained in India where she originates from. She has over 10 years experience and is able to provide a uniquly catered experience to all levels of yoga abilities. Beginners to seasoned Yogis are all welcome to this inclusive class. Session times: Tuesday - 7pm (Izumi) Thursday - 7pm Saturday - 930am Sunday - 9am Come and try your 1st class for FREE! |
