DonOwner of A Tiny Studio
I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer and I've set up a cosy studio based on the ground floor of Glebe Park Apartments. I provide individual & group PT services specialising in dynamic and responsive programs that help my clients to get healthy, strong and motivated. The space I provide is safe, respectful and discreet so you can feel comfortable in bringing your whole-self to a work-out.
I am a queer identifying native kiwi, for those who dont know and have fallen in love with Australia and its amazing outdoors. I love being active and trying new things which have included competitive triathlons, netball, mountainbiking, tennis, rock climbing, yoga, dragon boating and many other activities. I enjoy keeping healthy and my love of the outdoors helps me keep fit, focused and level-headed. It is my aroha for an active lifestyle that I genuinely enjoy sharing with everyone that visits my studio. |
