IzumiYoga Trainer
Izumi teaches Yoga Sports and Progressive Hatha Yoga for all levels.
Her classes focus on alignment, mindful awareness, and reconnecting with the breath. She has trained with two champion teachers, building a strong foundation rooted in precision and authenticity. She continues to challenge herself — achieving 2nd place in the Yoga Sports Championship 2025 (Female Masters 50+ Division). Izumi's classes emphasize a deep connection with the body. Through the muscles, joints, bones, and breath, students rediscover their whole body—accepting it fully while enjoying the process of exploring new possibilities.
