Welcome to the Wairua Studio — our dedicated Yoga space. Over time, we hope to offer a wide range of services to support strength, flexibility, and mindful wellbeing. For now, we’re lucky to have three wonderful Yogis running classes from this studio.
This space is for everyone — from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. It’s a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as you are, bring your current capabilities, and simply do your best. Our teachers provide a strong foundation across a range of yoga disciplines, ensuring there’s something for every body.

Wairua Studio:
Mats, blocks, and straps are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
The room comfortably fits up to 12 people, so spots are limited.
Please bring a towel and water, and remove your shoes as you enter the space.
