Yoga now has its own room "Wairua" here at A Tiny Studio. We are looking at expanding the timetable which will take time as we understand what people are looking for and what we can provide.

All yoga is adjusted for all levels and the trainers are all experienced to ensure that if you have any issues or troubles they can accomadate you.
