I’m Don, the owner of the studio. You’re welcome to train with me or with any of the qualified Personal Trainers who work from the space. We share aligned values, knowledge and practice, and we’re here to help you progress at a pace that works for you.

Training is provided in the studio from Monday - Saturday
Monday: 630am - 9pm
Tuesday: 630am - 9pm
Wednesday: 630am - 9pm
Thursday: 630am - 9pm
Friday: 630am - 9pm
Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Public holidays we are usually closed unless a PT is happy to train.

About Manawa studio:
The studio is set up for full-body strength, conditioning and aerobic training — sled track, battle ropes, cable machine and a solid range of dumbbells included. The layout lets two trainers run sessions at the same time while still giving everyone plenty of room to move and train comfortably.
